16 August, 2013 at 2:02 pmSpeak of the Devil has all the qualities of a great read: 1)has characters I really care about and want to know what happens to them, 2) teaches me about something I would never otherwise learn about ( gangs and the dark subculture around them), and 3) suspense, satisfyingly plotted so I feel surprised but not hoodwinked. In other words Leotta respects the reader’s intelligence while telling a great story. I could not stop reading this one!
